I've been tapping almost every day since I learned about it in May. I've tapped about anger, stress, jealousy, feeling left out, athletic injuries, and many other issues that have weighed me down and held me back emotionally. It's a wonderful practice that works!

Calm your nervous System. Understand that you are part of ONE consciousness. Go for a walk in nature. Hug a tree and from the bottom of your heart, tell the first living creature you see, you love it. Job done 😊

I've just done this routine this morning for the first time sat next to my lovely dog. I felt very emotional at one point, i'm unsure why. I felt relaxed afterwards though, and I definitely plan on doing it again. Thank you for sharing :)

I know trauma and anxiety can be stored in different places throughout the body Dash for example in the hips etc. so sometimes massaging certain areas can bring up some emotions that you’re kind of letting go of I’ve been told as it has happened to me in the past. May be tapping also access some of these points..?. Something to think about for sure. Thank you.

Much more relaxed. Not sure about nervous system stuff or if it’s just meditation but I can say it works.

Missed this on the Rumble/Locals live stream! So glad I found this KZbin video today. I’ve heard of tapping but never done it. Very helpful (though I wasn’t sure about the over the lip tapping as my philtrum is pierced. I opted to put my tongue under the piercing to avoid tapping my teeth 😬 😂). Love these stress reduction techniques!! Thanks for sharing!

Remember to wash your hands before tapping on your face. I just realized why my face has been breaking out more, especially in those tapping spots. I instinctively rub at those areas when stressed & not mindful of washing my hands first.

Internal stress rather than dirty hands , gives the face it's texture ..

@@karlb.Am.I Very true. I need to handcuff myself from touching my face indiscriminately so I don't add to the problem.

Hello Russell I love you very deeply. God bless you. Russell and your Beautiful team.i love nick iam from Australia. Thankyou thankyou soo much Russell brand for sharing this. I pray that you Russell and your team found some comfort and healing from this Tapping tool. I just did this tonight right now.and I was feeling a 8. On the overwhelmed scale. Because iam a Survivor of domestic violence from my dad and his wife. And a past trauma of My Dad putting handcuffs on me. That memory was bothering me and iam also feeling overwhelmed cause my Dad has sadly died. May god rest his soul. And the fact that now I have to live my rest of my life without him being physically here on earth is overwhelming but I did this Tapping and The calm I felt was sooo beautiful I felt and sensed the same awareness I feel with medation. The breathing helped me Take down my i score at the start and at the end I was a 2 thankyou Russell and Nick for sharing this
