From Australia, I had Achilles tendon transplant surgery on my left foot after a car accident, but the surgeon severed a nerve in my foot during the operation. I now have the worst allodynia in my foot plus severe regional pain in my foot which travels up my leg. Most of the time, the pain is 9 out of 10. I am waiting to have spinal cord stimulator put it, after successfully trialling it. I wonder if this treatment would work on me?

Dear Ken, I would be very hopeful that Calmare therapy would help the Allodynia pain which seems like a nerve pain to me and therefore Calmare therapy is indicated as one of the treatments to treat the nerve pain. or neuropathic pain. Thank you Dr F Khan
