This was perfect for me this morning bc i woke up late and don't have much time to workout 😩🙄 so I just did this and added your 5 minute hitter workout in the cardio section of ifyoucanmove online gym. Didn't have a watch on but I was definitely sweating and burning. Thanks

I did level 1 but added heavier booty band and used longer resistance bands for tap and push away. And it was like you were in the room pushing me lol. Completed it!! Thank you so much

I did level 3 for all moves...this was a great quick and effective workout especially if you don't have alot of time and have kids you will get a good burn. I love the bands!!!
