I am incorporating a lot of her workouts....I am overweight AND my butt is flat. I just love her energy (compared to the other videos I have tried who were just plain BORING). I am currently on a path to lose 100 pounds (I am down 7 in a month...small number but I am proud). It will be a struggle at first but I am more motivated to lose this weight and get fit than I have ever been in the past. I do not think I can do this 3 to 4 times a week, at first, but I will try my best!

After working a 24 hour shift at the firehouse, I have trouble motivating myself to workout the next day. Your videos are perfect: challenging, short but intense, and fun. There is room to grow in each workout which helps me see how far I've come! Twenty minute workout right in my living room, no excuses, get my dancing and body on point lol I love it! Thank You!

Okay now I have finally finished the video ! And I feel amazing like let me give my little spiel! I have always been 120 lbs soak and wet since the 9th grade and I’m 26 with a 3 year old and I gained 65 lbs and lost 30lbs in three weeks now I have always wanted a little slim thick to me but could never keep weight! Well I gain 20lbs in the last 5 months and have been eating mad protein to keep it ! So now at 140 I’m working on the booty to tone and abs and stomach to stay flat ! So finding this video has been a god sent for me ! I started working out with these workout bit by bit because let’s be honest keaira ain’t playinnnngg! So the two days I started I was hurting all in my core I didn’t want to work out for two days I was so sore but I didn’t quit and I’m just now finishing the whole thing with stretching and breathing and I feel wonderful no soreness as of now ! I guess that’s what I get for not watching the whole video lol but I will be back everyday ! Thank you Keaira LaShae

I've done so many different videos on here and I'm so happy that I found Keaira :) This is my favorite one, such a good workout, and I love the little stretch at the end reminds me of when I did yoga. Awa Ndiaye My results were great. I changed my diet a couple weeks before I started this challenge. The two together hand in hand worked well. Unfortunately my butt is not as big as it used to be. The good thing is my waist and stomach looks better and I lost a few pounds. ~Thanks Keaira and Sabrina

Thanks for sharing this. I start doing it its been two weeks so i saw the results already as i do at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes each day. I only do squad and frog jump squad just for my butt and my stomach muscles strength. As I am skinny I wouldn't have huge butt but i aim to get a nice shape and firm. I am so happy that its really working 😂😂😂. I'll keep doing it regularly as i can .

It helps to look at the same spot on the ceiling and keep the elbows wide, shoulders away from ears.

Great workout i love the challenge 💪those bear squats was a challenge for me but i got it done. This is day 1 going for 90 days challenge get them butt and abs in shape. But guys 80% is eating right and 20% working out hard to get them results you are looking for.

I've been working out with Keira Lashae for a couple years now and she's helped me lose a lot of weight. This is the first workout I do not like one bit. There is no modification for those who arent use to floor cruches. 5 min through the video and for the first time I quit. For this to be on the February Challenge there should at least be a modifier to build your self up to this or an alternate video choice. I'am so dissapointed!😔

I always put my hands behind my head and my thumps are open - so they can reach the space behind the ears... It's hard to explain... But you can also imagine that you have a really soft fruit between your chest and chin - you don't want to crush it.
