Never in my life have I been interested in exercising. I really hated it and I still hate the ordinary exercising, I feel like I'm allergic to it. But with you... it's different. Ever since I found you, it's been real fun to work out with you. I've been doing your exercises for about 2 months now (with pauses) and in the beginning I was doing only one kind of exercise daily. Now I'm doing a dance workout and one more (3 miles walk, ab circuits or this one). I feel like I'm with a close friend who is giving me strength and is motivating me in every part of the exercise. And I thank you for that! Thank you for your videos, for your spirit, for your humor, thank you for being you and for helping me to find myself :) (Excuse my English, I'm from the Balkans). hey teamLaShea, Dear Keaira and Brina, first, im sitting here after a day of good work at home, i just finished this workout and i gave everything, i even dont need to pause it, i replayed some parts, because i simply dont get the move right in the first place (im "white-latina" so me dont has the flow :-D) I m thru some hard time and today i was talking with my aunty and granny and we found out we always were strong, a family of strong women raised by a strong grandfather who was always proud of his 3 daughters, last month he pased away and even he was 85 it was unsuspected. Anyway our family is strong and we live together and i take care of my lovely granny which is now left and i keep her strong and happy. But it is hard although we hold each other.. Long story short.. thank you ladys.. you remind me how to be strong. I train with you so many years and although we train hard, i never felt pain the next day, i simply felt my muscles grow. but no pain.. I always do the warmup twice or 3 times, same with the cool down.. Only with your workout i was able to transform my body (many times) When i felt weak you made me strong. You made happy with your inner goofy :-D I love you two for that. GUUURL. This was the HARDEST lower body workout that I have done in a long time. I naturally have very strong legs, but this workout showed me that there is ALWAYS room for improvement! #TEAMLASHAE

Finished the workout my legs going to be looking great my baby be hating she tries to stop me lol but I keep going to the end them bear squats was good I have carpet so I used paper to slid nothing stopping me from being great I'm on a budget and the price they charge for something I can workout at home even though it's going to take awhile that's okay do this help with cellulites n the thighs

I haven't weighted myself yet since I've been doing her challenges but I have notice my thighs are smaller and a difference in my clothing and lost inches off my waist. There is still more to lose but my problem is diet since last month's challenge I slacked off with my eating.
