This video and information sends my mind straight to people who have gone under gastric alterations to lose weight. Many of them just wither away & are actually malnutritioned. They have a 1/2 cup sized space but there’s nothing to stop them choosing to fill that space with wrong food. I don’t support gastric surgery at all unless it was supported with psychological help to understand why these people have over eaten. Anyway….great info. 👍💖

Great video as always !.. Would love a video on how to avoid self sabotaging .. I also lose my way when I am doing good and friends and family offer something saying you can indulge you are doing so great and that bite of sugar/high carbs sends me off the rails and its hard to get back on and end up hating myself for doing it 😞

Do you try adding in a protein while "splurging?" Such as, add some skyr on top of the brownie, or cottage cheese to the fruit tarts? I've noticed for myself, that if I deprive myself of the treat I'll over eat something sweet and sinful later on, but if I engage in it there and then, but add a protien source WITH it, I feel more satisfied and less guilty. 😊 It's just a little life hack I've incorporated. ❤

great idea! i like to combine skyr with my favorite ice cream. it also gives more volume so i feel it more satistying. i mix them a little but i like to end with my favorite part
