It's probably not your fasting, but that you're probably fasting too long

Thanks Autumn great information! For older people recovery time is even more important when lifting weights. I’m 62 and what works for me is taking my sets to failure for one day arms, one day chest, one day legs, one day back and shoulders and two days core a week. I try to average 15000 steps a day with intermittent fasting. Thanks to information from wonderful people like Autumn Bates I’m enjoying my retirement in the best shape I have been in for years.

I just love your content Autumn!!! I bought your bundle but have yet to start but will!!! I have been doing IF since finding you and wow!!! Your tips are amazing, I just started incorporating your blueberry chia/hemp seed recipe and Mu goodness my favorite way to break my fast!!!! I started keto/ fasting diet in July I weighed in at 270 pounds I weigh in at 190 pounds today I have stalled out on weight loss but I'm pretty happy with my weight now

Autumn is amazing. I have had other nutritionist tell me I need more protein in my diet after reviewing my food journals. However, that's literally all they said. I left confused and didn't change anything because I didn't know what that meant. Now I know thanks to Autumn! I really appreciate her videos. They are extremely helpful.

I definitely find your recipes incredibly satiating. Even when I make my own, making sure I eat enough protein & fat particularly means I’ve rarely been hungry between meals & haven’t been hungry during my fast (14 hrs). I look forward to breakfast but not out of hunger.

Thanks. I was recently diagnosed with MCAS and put in a low histamine diet and gained 25 lbs with it. I am typically keto and very low carb. Everything I love on the keto diet was the foods that really triggered histamine responses. This last 2 weeks, I have had a really hard time getting colorizes above 800. Not getting my protein levels up, but I am just not hungry.

I’m all about walking! But I live in the Midwest and now it’s below freezing and I’m not going outside to walk. I am very dedicated to my yoga. I eat super healthy. But I can’t seem to lose that last 10 lbs. .Have been intermittent fasting.

☕🍽️ 🥩 Hi Autumn, hoping you see this message. I am recently following a keto diet (around 3) months. I have always enjoyed coffee and keto coffees especially, and only have one a day. However, just around new years I began having migraines and visual impairment when I drink coffee, I'm assuming this is coffee sensitivity. A few days later I decided to completely cut coffee for a while and just drink tea (with no issues). I decided today I would try a decaf coffee, and I am experiencing the same discomfort as I did around new years. Can a keto way of eating affect my body's ability to handle coffee? Have you ever heard of this happening? I can't find much info relating to sudden sensitivity to caffeine online.. Hoping for some explanation. 😊 Thanks!
