I started the Bible study plan on my Bible app. This is my first time EVER reading the Bible. I went through Genesis and Exodus. I started Leviticus today, the first 5 chapters, and I quickly looked for clarification and this video came up... Thank you so much for the explanation

I have been a Christian for almost 20 years and I have not studied Old Testament. Pastor Paul is truly a blessing to people who want to grow in the Word. I finished his Genesis and exodus series last month. They are so good and I spend hours watching them while walking on treadmill or outside. I even upgraded to KZbin premium so I can download the videos to listen when I walk outside.

I agree. I have yet to find a local Church where the Pastor is conducting verse by verse teaching; this type of teaching is so necessary. I think most don’t do it because it would shed light on non biblical teachings in Churches

You are such a blessing! I thank you for your ministry daily while I delve deeper than I have before into the Bible. There are a lot of pastors that give the philosophy, some that are great with teaching, but you give us a great inspired word and the ability to know more truth. Thank you for your passion and obedience! Blessings to you and yours 🙏

I was definitely one of ‘those’ that glazed through this book when trying to read through the bible! God has given you an amazing gift of teaching that helps to unlock these mysterious laws and sacrifices. I particularly felt your explanation, not only of the person bringing the sacrifice having to kill it (a great Picture of us having to kill the flesh) but also more remarkable that the animal was inspected to see if it was acceptable, not me!! A beautiful picture of Jesus the spotless one being sacrificed for us! Profound teaching!

Question: You mentioned that the one that brought the bullock was not examined or identified. However the one that brought the bullock had to be the one to slay the bullock. Lev 1:4-5 And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him. And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. Would that not show that he had to account for his or her own sin by being the one to slay the innocent animal in their place? Personally I could not imagine slaying an innocent animal in my place for something I did wrong. I’m sure that was a very difficult thing for them to have to have to do as well. To me this shows accountability. I do understand what you mean as far as physically, they did not examine the person, but spiritually, I believe there was accountability by having to slay their own sacrifice. Thank you so much for this teaching on this book. I am enjoying this study. I just had that question about accountability due to the fact that they had to take their own livestock and kill it themselves to take the place of their personal sin.

Pastor Paul LeBoutillier, 1st time seeing any of your teachings, and hoping and praying that you won't be offended by my asking this question ... I noticed the menorah on the table behind you, and wondering if you are Messianic and practicing all that Yeshua/Jesus did , and was instructed to do by His Father, such as wholly ❤ loving Him, by obeying all His Commandments,, and observing all His Feast Days, and eating only those animals that God said are clean. 😊 Thank you, and may God bless you for all your efforts.

In some of our videos our church had a menorah, a Bible and a cross on our table to depict the roots of our Christian faith in the Old Testament from Abraham. Pastor Paul is not Messianic in the way you describe. Thank you.

I watched it and cried and cried seeing what Jesus went through for me and you. It humbled me. I think every Christian should watch it at least once a year to remind us of what He went through on the cross. It's too easy for us to sit back and just take it for granted.

I noticed you highlighted my previous comment. Please know that your Leviticus studies are helping me tremendously. I am 95% with you and I appreciate these videos. But if everyone just agreed with everyone then the idea of individual thinking goes out the window. Considering there isn't a perfect church there isn't a perfect message being delivered with good but not perfect interpretation.
