It will be a miracle if I can read through all the OT before Jesus comes back (slow reader/studying through your sermons). We will see as we are at the beginning of sorrows. God is still good, His love endures forever, His Word endures forever.

I listen audibly to them first while looking at Bible sometimes just to get the gist of the story before going back and trying to catch everything to understand.

It’s taking me months to go through the Old Testament. I’ve been taking notes and trying to put this puzzle together. God willing I can read through the entire Bible every year and understand it. Not only read it and understand but but live my life like Jesus called us to be.

Don't worry; whatever happens, you have eternity to study it at your own pace. We all who trust in the Name of Jesus do.

Me too - it's been 3 years and I'm about 1/3 the way. I try to read a couple chapters a day and then find a KZbin video that talks about it. Having a Bible timeline aid is also helpful to keep all these people and events straight. I got one from rose publishing for about $5. It's just a laminated fold out type thing. God bless.

I have been following theses studies since 2015 and have learned so very much through Pastor Paul’s teachings. He is teaching the Word of God, not opinions and thoughts. To God be the glory!!!
@cynthiarodriguez10192 ай бұрын
Amen to that! God led me here to confirm to me what He had been teaching me. I asked God to teach me and to send me to like-minded teachings cuz people down here think they know it all, and most are all wrong. And He definitely answered my prayers. What I've found is that the Churches not attached to a denomination like Baptist, church of Christ, etc are the ones that line up w what He teaches me. ❤

I stumbled upon your preachings by mistake starting in 2 king. I say by mistake, I was lead. Here on purpose by God's hand. I am sent a Bible verse each morning by my pawpaw. It was proverbs 6:20-22. I didn't like it. While my father was good, my mother was an alcoholic who abused me. Some physical, mostly mental. I wanted to know, but what of bad mother's? I've shut her out of my life for good. My mind has been in anguish over whether I'm doing the right thing while I have also wrestled with not being the best mother I can be. (I have a tendency to yell, I don't abuse drugs or alcohol) I said that to say this, your preaching brings peace to my heart. Peace that I have not felt in years. It's also given me a new outlook on life, bringing me close to God once again. Thank you so much for sharing the word of God as you do. I will pray for many blessings and the continued guidance of God in your life. ❤️

Very helpful, thanks for bringing what was usually dry to life! And the use of names to describe situations and the person, reminds me of how Native Canadian/America's are given a distinct "Indian name," that describes that person spiritually. Thanks!

Oh my gosh thank you so much for having a KZbin channel! I was dreading 1 & 2 Chronicles. I'm on chapter 11 already where without this help I would still be on like chapter 1 vs 10 trying to pronounce weird names and being so confused. I even laughed out loud a couple of times and my daughter who's home on a snow day asked me why I was laughing. Thank you again! I now know I will not only get through these 2 books, but I'll have some concept of why it was important to have it in the Bible!

I’ve read through the entire Old Testament with the help of Paul. Truly is a blessing. I’d probably still be on Numbers trying to understand everything if we didn’t have these tools. Don’t know how people before internet could understand all this in such a short amount of time.

1 Chronicles 10:4 confirms that Saul killed himself and the Amalekite in 2 Samuel 1 was lying to David to get favor and get a reward. I don't know why so many pastors do not want to say Saul killed himself. Otherwise, I have enjoyed this pastor so far.
@jeremybabji69354 жыл бұрын
What do you say of verse 13 Saul died because he was unfaithful to the Lord; he did not keep the word of the Lord and even consulted a medium for guidance, 14 and did not inquire of the Lord. SO THE LORD put him to DEATH and turned the kingdom over to David son of Jesse.

I have a question about the begining of Chronicles 1:1. It's starts with "Adam" then goes on to list his sons starting with Sheth? And then Enosh, Kenan, Mahalaleel, Jered, Henoch, Methuselah, and Lamech. Is there not two major Sons missing? Or is Ezra not speaking of the First Man Adam here? Why is Cain and Able not mentioned? Why does Ezra leave them out of "Journals" or Chronicles in this book? Please help by shedding some theory on this for me, it's very confusing to me. I understand the listings of the line of "David" in Chronicles, but the book starts with "Adam". And in that mode of thinking, All lines are bagat by Adam's leinage are they not? How can Adam be the first man of God's creations and not be the reason for all other future men by reason of all his sons and their sons and so on?
