I went with hp and defense sets on palps, protection primaries, might need a touch more speed, and a slow as dirt Kanan tank. Reasoning being that once the damage immunity and taunt gets on him (and I admit, this take a loooong while, sometimes never as the opponent is dead) it pretty much doesn't go off anymore. Plus I really like his hp heal when he gets debuffed. Oh, and the offense down on his basic stacks with the "half damage when debuffed" shenanigans. It hurt bringing him up to relics, but seeing that other Phoenix have been made requirements, it bolsters my ships as well.

Primary reason for a tanky Palp at the moment: this makes mara the weakest in 3v3, granting her the bonus tm from the dark side starting tm DC... (soon going away though)

At about 6:00 you mentioned that your Starkiller is about 360. And beforehand you complained about the 308 one. Did you probably mean ~260 Speed?

Maybe 360 after the omicron bonus is applied? Still very close to the 308 tbh, not sure. I have mine at 260 and palps still takes a ton of turns before SK does due to the TM fills with MJ.

i bet eventho my name wasnt vissable,everyone knows whos acc that is XD. i forgot i changed the health cross to offence, so ill put that back i needed his cross for a battle in TB, and seemingly forgot to put it back. I will say my SK has never lost a single attack battle in k4 or k3 and has a 90% hold rate against GLs (defencively) the speed tresholds you are absolutely right about and the reasson my SK is fast is because i mainly play 3v3 and derank during 5v5. ( that said i dont have many slow mods and his previous mods where he had alot more damage and health and was arround 280 speed went to maul since damage is even more important on mauldalorians ) i will say all points you made are on point however, i do prefer to go full health on palp isnteed of full protection cause of the SK passive and the fact its recoverable health unlike protection where he recovers very very small ammounts. Old Ben straight up is troll modded but i sometimes use him with JKR insteed, juhani is for TW so there he wont get use, in 3v3 gac he wont get use so hes stil lvery niche for 5v5 and if people use teams with alot AOE old ben sometimes still goes first ( rarely ) Thnx for the roast tho as i do think its very important people mod their characters correctly! love the series man !
