Queueing is very common in any CIVILIZED countries.. Here in ph you must follow the queue no shortcut for it even if youre a very rich person Not unless youre a senior citizen, pregnant or disable person..these people are under priority lane based on ph law That black guy might be from some african countries wherein cutting the line is the way of life or law for quequeing does not exist or the term queue does not exist
