Cam said in an interview the scene where Diane and Cam meet was the first time Cam met the actress playing her, and that you can’t hear the dialogue but she’s saying “Did you know he was married?” and “Did he tell you he loved you?”. The part at the end where Diane buys her a drink is really powerful too. It shows Diane understood Cam got her heart broken too. Really emotional video I hope it wins some awards!

It perfectly mirrors the nature of Jolene, where I stead of tearing the other woman down, she is complimenting her and pleading instead of threatening. Here the other woman had no idea, and would rather face the anger of a wronged wife then let her go on being cheated-- because you know this dude is going to do it again! In both songs, the narrator is building up the other woman and pleading to be heard.

It's so interesting and refreshing to see a song from the "other woman's" point of view. We tend to villainize them when we find out a partner has cheated, even when the only real person to blame is the cheater himself.
