With that in mind, make sure you have your audio settings set in your camera as well. However, unless you are using a lavalier mic or other mic extension on your camera, you should avoid using that micro phone. the problem with this method AND nobody talks about is that you DON'T get the 1080x1920 output through hdmi... because it's not a clean hdmi out line. What you get is the resolution of you canon screen back on your camera. So, yea its crappy. It looks nice thorugh yt videos it might look nice on your stream if you make small on a corner. Instead of this method use the Canon software through USB cable, then you get a really good quality full hd image. I know because i spent my entire day, yesterday playing with all the options...

Hi - Sorry to hear your having problems. I don't quite understand your question. If you are referring to the camera turning off after a set period of time, you need to go into your settings and turn off the "auto off" feature. If you are referring to your LCD screen turning off once the camera is connected via HDMI, you would be better off opening OBS on your computer, and adding a Cam link source to monitor/watch your screen. I hope that answers your question! Good luck.

Hey, sorry to hear your having issues! Its hard to tell without seeing everything, but make sure your shooting mode switch is turned to the movie/recording setting (red camera icon), and I keep my dial mode to "M". I have found that sometimes when you switch the camera to the Movie/Recording (red camera icon) shooting mode you have to click the start/stop button to get the shutter to open and send the source to your PC. Try that - and the open your SLOBS Cam Link settings, deactivate the source, then reactivate it. I hope that helps!
