Hi, I am currently a 16 year old high schooler in his last year of high school. What certifications do you think are valuable for me to obtain over the summer, after high school but before i start college, if any. I was told getting certified in excel and python were good at my age. do you agree and is there anything else?

Most schools offer classes that allow you to get certified in Excel so I would wait on that. I think the most helpful thing will be to just get well read on current events.

If I'm in community college what associates degree do I get? Can I apply before transferring to a 4 year school with major in finance? My GPA is 3.8.

Honestly don’t know too much about Associates degrees. You most likely can apply for roles before transferring, but your chances may be slimmer since it technically will not be as good of a program that you’re currently enrolled in.

I also think you could mention your plans to transfer. Because you have such a high GPA it’s realistic to assume you‘ll be able to transfer and succeed elsewhere.

@@Galbra1th Well I am 28. I am kind of worried about my age being discriminated against. I went to college for 1 semester at 18, (but I didn't have FAFSA so i was broke and dropped out) And I got a D and 2 A's.. Fast forward to today, this Spring is my first semester back. I'm on track to get 4 A's. That being said, that D from early on really messed up my over-all GPA . But I should be able to keep it at a 3.8-3.9 going forward. I would realllly like to go to a good school for business/finance and not just like a local city school which would be UMKC for me. I heard UMKC has a good business program but I really want the best school I can get. Maybe I should apply for scholarships, Idk what else I can do? Thanks for your time and I loved your videos, i'm watching more tonight as I work.
