Super late reply, but most people just get some C8 replica tail lights. It replicates a sort of 6th gen rear end look for the 5.5 (14-15) gen Camaro’s. If you have the 10-13 5th gen Camaro, you’re kinda stuck with that rear end design unfortunately… The only other alternative, I believe, is the EU (Euro) spec 5th gen Camaro tail lamps, which are an integrated version of the quad tail lamp rear end design. I believe you will need to convert the rear bumper and tail lamps if you choose to go the EU rear end conversion route. It’s a more niché setup, and the Euro folks usually convert to the USDM rear end (as well as other parts). You might possibly run into issues with mismatched color tail lamps, as EU spec requires rear fog lights/lamps and amber lenses. Check out Camaro5 for more obscure info…
