Looks great. Would be interested to hear how the developer ensures a clean and reliable supply of drinking water for the development and also treatment of the grey/black water (sewage). Last one, how do they handle the drainage in the event of heavy storms?

Has this house sold? I’m wondering who are the potential buyers.

They say for Cambodia My 2nd Home you can only purchase an apartment (approved one) and no home nor villa. Thanks for the video and pls keep that program in mind

Is it against the law to build a fence around it?

I live in the states but would love to buy a home or a condo in Cambodia. But since i wouldn't be living there full time. I don't have any close relatives or family that i trust to watch over my property while I'm gone. How trustworthy is it for me to purchase a home there. While it's not being occupied 6 months out the year?

You said the house is built by American Developers but in America we don’t have bthrm facing dinning area or directly facing into the kitchen those are the two turn off reason not to buy house or villa and apartment in Cambodia,I’m very sure a lot people notice that too

So the only way to own a home in Cambodia is to have a company if your a foreigner or be a Cambodian citizen???
@cambodiarealestatewithsoph67375 ай бұрын
That's correct. You can also buy it through trust service.

These are not American built, maybe an American development shareholder. Not one US tradesman that I know of has ever worked on these developments or any other. I have worked in Cambodia for 8 years as a Senior Construction Project Manager with many reputable projects completed, so I know what I am talking about.

Depending what you looking for the price are great compare what you can get in US but is the raining season the flood I’m concerned they seem not prioritize the drainage system that’s just my thought.

Built by an American is a phrase for shoddy quality
