Poison Ivy. Lobbying, influencing the legislator and make them vote for or against a motion, is by design how congress should work. (As long as you are not bribing legislator illegal with personal gains.) Gerrymandering is moving the boundaries of constituencies for most seats. Lobbying and Gerrymandering, although not pretty, are under the system and are legal. IF that is the highest level of corruption in US, US has no corruption.

Kheam Hem no.. because majority of Cambodian lacks civil knowledge...they are not aware that their own country is heading toward a fascist rule. It's just that we Malaysian get more exposure to the world regarding how true democracy works. Having a business in Cambodia, I can testify that the journalist makes a mistake at 10'38'' as all the Companies had re-register their business on-line in 2016-2017 with the Ministry of Commerce (getting a new identifier) and also with the Ministry of Finance (General Department of Tax) afterward (getting a new VAT TIN). The date of 22-Mar-2017 does NOT mean that the company was not already registered before. It just means that the registration with the new VAT TIN number was done on 22 March 2017.
