An absolutely wonderful video. In the Bay Area there is a large Cambodian community and they are kind, hard working. hu,ble and gracious. When l lived in Fresno l found out there is also a large Cambodian community - they hold a festival each year , it is educational and the food is absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing a glimpse into the Cambodian community in Long Beach. I plan on going that way soon, and l will definitely go to Monoram that you went to and l also look forward to going to that very kind lady's business and making some purchases from her. I have so much respect for those who come here with little or nothing, work hard and turn their hardship into a generational blessing for their family and community.

Miss my old home! Grew up there for 33+ years! I remember when Shoreline Village was under developed and the bay (lighthouse region) was a muddy puddle. I use to fly kites there until they built an aquarium. Shoreline was a little magical place for a lot of folks! I love how diverse LBC really is. I wish ppl are more accepting and welcoming of each other, especially in LB. I grew up being hated for being Asian. Which is extremely ridiculous. I had no choice in whatever skin suit I was born into. I can appreciate different cultures. Life is so boring without variety in life, but not everyone is open minded. Glad you’re wiser & above the ridiculous prejudice & societal construct placed on a person. I can tell you that I know Khmer people love you and what you do! We will definitely continue supporting you!! 🎉❤
