Well, what can I say? I am currently for a few days in Siem Reap and I went to Nick restaurant straight on my first night (luckily it's clos to my hotel) and I didn't tell her, that I saw this video. She welcomed me with the friendliest and kindest smile and introduction. It was amazing from the start. Even better: Chris told the truth. The food is absolutely amazing. Pork ribs with sweet potatoes, egg plant and string beans in coconut red curry. Another common dish during Khmer New Year is prahok ktis (ground pork with moist anchovy in coconut red curry, usually served with a variety of veggies). We also have a snack called nom ansorm (typically made with sweet rice, with a filling comprised of seasoned pork belly and mungbean, wrapped with banana leaves.

CHRIS, I was planning on going to Thailand for vacation this year and found one of your videos and been watching all your videos since. I am Hmong would like to see you do a video going to the Hmong because there are lots hmong in the USA and Thailand, Laos, China n more.. Hmong people love when they see their people on American tv or any show. When they see they share all over the place in social media. You can do more research on the hmong people and see if you want to do one. Mark n Sunny did, and the Hmong people love it. Best country to visit the Hmong would be in Laos since China harder to go visit. Best time to shoot your video should be around new year time because they do big celebration for 5-7 days. Most live in Luang Prabang, Phonsavan. Most important is that I want the hmong people to see your kindness so they can learn from watching your videos. You are a good man.
