My family stayed there in 2019, was not a good experience as well, the breakfast was lacking as well, we ended up getting food from the market.

Hi, I love that you have done an amazing job 👏 with your kids speaking Khmer. If you don't mind sharing, I was wondering how much is a plot of land in the area by the mountain run for. It looks like a beautiful place.
@KhatiyaKorner6 ай бұрын
When we got them it was fairly reasonable. Some was $22K and another $30K. But now I don’t know the market rate is.

Hi Khatiya, I been followed your Cambodia blog, I just curious about how much your two land cost that you bought in Cambodia
Which one? It depends on the location and size as well.

That one is a smaller size. I think 12x24 meters and last I heard it's going for $22K? Right now the land prices in Cambodia drop because many owners are needing money or other things and are looking to sell.
Chounh chit chea cheang chounh chngay, I have all my investments in the US even though it is very much higher in cost. There is so much scamming in Cambodia currently.

Yes that is true 😊 Your screen name, do you have a tropical farm? If so, where at? Is it open to the public?
@63skfarm6 ай бұрын
@KhatiyaKorner Yes, I do. It is located in San Diego County, CA. You can see it on Bong General blog under the S & k Tropical Fruit Farm in San Diego with a picture of him carrying a bunch of Atemoya fruits.

Just watched that episode. Your farm looking good. All my favorite. I used to graft an atemoya to my cherimoya and it was growing well but as a beginner I graft to the lower branch and I had to chop it off because it was getting in the way of our walk path. Now no more atemoya scion to graft.
