Flank Beef Sliced with Salt, Chicken Bouillon Powder, Sugar and Lime Juice
Green & Red Bell Pepper
Jalapenos
Baby Eggplants
Shallot
Bean Sprouts
Lemongrass (Sliced)
Culantro
Mint leaves
Thai Basil
SALAD DRESSING:
Prahok (Fermented Fish) in boiling water
Garlic
Galangal
Mix above with the juices drained from the meat
Top it off with uncooked pan fried rice that has been grounded up.
