Dear friend, In India we make recipe called as modak, visit Maharashtra India site , recipe modak. I have one suggestion, you don't need banana leaves, you steam without banana leaves. You can make it hot again by steaming for five minutes. It's will become hot and soft. I have really liked the ingredients of recipe. When ever I will visit Cambodia, I know the vagan recipe. Hi, Thank you for your comment. Cambodian 🇰🇭 or Khmer, we also have another type of steam glutinous rice cake with no need of banana leaves and that would be our next video. For this one, we used banana leaves is a very traditional way of Khmer people usually make from a long time ago. This cake comes with a very beautiful history.
