This is episode 2 from Siem Reap, Cambodia. Home to the UNESCO world heritage site of Angkor Wat and also some of Asia's least discovered cuisine. In this episode we dive into both to show you the beauty of Khmer culture, food and history. This time we sample a pork bbq with Khmer style rice noodles. Next I tasted the best dessert I've found in Cambodia : palm fruit cake! A quick stop at a road side fruit stall and we're off to the famous Bok Morn restaurant to taste unique Cambodian dishes you've never seen before!
