I have a little question, I like to have the radio on low volume when I drive just for something to take away the silence. Am I allowed to have the radio on quietly during a test? The internet seems to give mixed answers. Thanks

It would be better if you add some comments about mistakes of driver as well as positive points. Driving speed could also be helpful if you can show it on the video.
