The acoustics in that that stairwell really catch everything, even a little water spill. Seeing M83 on Jake's white board reminded me of the song Midnight City by M83. It is great to see the ever stylish and handsome Claudio again. He makes the cutest faces whenever the camera is on him. He really has a nice presence. I noticed his finger wag at the camera during dinner and how he dashed out of frame at Caius College. Hopefully he warmed up to the the camera a bit more on the Jail Break adventure. I really liked seeing the other colleges. I enjoy and appreciate classic stone architecture. That was my favorite thing about my visit to Europe. I loved all the old stone buildings. I dislike heights and I still I climbed all over Peterborough Cathedral and a number of ruins of various fortifications. If I didn't dislike flying so much I would enjoy spending more time in France, the UK, and Ireland. I am glad that Jake seems to have a close friendship with Claudio and others. This world is a harsher place when one is or feels alone. Good friends are golden. With regard to some other comments - I do have some discomfort about the idea of, "shipping", real people and speculating about people's sexual orientation. It is one thing to do this with characters in works of fiction and quite another to apply these projections on real people with real and nuanced feelings. Orientation, attraction, emotions and relationships can be complicated in the real world and real people can be hurt. My concerns expand beyond the targets of shipping to include some of the shippers who may become over-invested (possibly due to challenges in their own situation) as well. I know that my concern may be well out of touch with modern sensibilities.

Thanks Kany, very kind of you to say! I probably just overthink my comments. I'd like to be a better writer than I am so I try to think about structure, flow and word choice a bit. KZbin doesn't really make commenting via mobile very easy. I often feel a challenge to articulate my thoughts well here.

Hi! Thanks for all that you do. I was just re-watching a video you made in 2013, a general Cambridge Q&A. In the video you implied you didn't necessarily love the Cambridge experience and you thought you might prefer a more 'normal' uni experience, concerns which I have heard in other places! Jake I am in 6th form and doing 10 A levels (no typo). I want to do software engineering or development later in life and I want to work at a major tech company in the US (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon , etc), so would it be wiser to go to Cambridge, Imperial or Oxford? PS.I am also applying to US unis(MIT, Stanford, etc), but their acceptance rates and extra requirements do well to discourage me.

Garrett I think they're amazing. I have a lot of respect for the guy and love his work, and it's very impressive how he manages to find the time to edit one every day. I'll be interested to see if he keeps it up or switches back to less frequent videos.

Thanks for asking Jake about this. I'd heard of Casey Neistat before but didn't really know much about him. When Jake previously mentioned him as an inspiration I checked out his stuff. He seemed cool so I subscribed. I really love Neistat's new vlogs! They are not only impressive from a technical perspective, but the content is really inspiring as well. I live not far from NYC, so I've been there a lot. His vlogs help me see the city in a richer way and to appreciate it more. His work ethic and dedication to fitness is quite inspiring to me at the moment. I feel like such a slug compared to Neistat. Jake's vlogs are still my favorite, but Casey's are a close second and I really hope he is able to keep them up, if not daily then at least fairly frequently.
