Do you think some water exercise could help him get stronger and be more confident, kinda like physiotherapy? Floating should be easy enough with all that buffalo booty, but i dunno if there is large bodies of water around or if it would be too dangerous. His foot/leg needs therapy...manual hands on or the foot will stay folded and he will not be able to support his weight as he gets heavier. Constant therapy daily back and forth to help reginerate that nerve.
