Nathan, brother, Cameo has been my favorite band since Cardiac Arrest. My uncle gave me his old stereo, and that album was on the table. Timeless music that is beautiful music to my ears. I accidentally ran into a relative of Mr. Singleton while playing one of the iconic song;asking my friend, “Who is that group?” His response was quickly corrected when a doctor walks us and says, “That’s my cousin whom is one of the members of the band, Cameo.” With our eyes wide opened and chin on the ground we just stood there-frozen in time. She snapped my friend & I out of this melancholy moment as she shown us her badge which she gladly said, “Yeah, that my cousin.” She then darted down the hallway with her badge in tow as we looked on. My buddy and I was asking ourselves, “What just happened?” She must’ve heard us so she came back again to state more facts. She was never to be found again for we both looked for her. Anyhoo, every time I hear “Cameo’s ” music I laugh inside.
