This is the moment a camera crew captured an Israeli missile strike up close along Gaza’s border with Egypt - a belt of land known as the Philadelphi corridor.
The target appeared to have been an observation tower, with Palestinian refugees nearby reportedly warned ahead of the strike.
The attack came after the Israeli 401st Brigade seized control of the Gaza side of the border yesterday, along with the vital Rafah Crossing.

Most likely they will have been warned to evacuate and this explains why in the first seconds of the video there is not a single person, Furthermore, there is a boy kneeling and filming calmly as if he knew about the strike. If a missile hits a few meters from you ,you either run away and find safety or you start recording but in a state of panic as happens in other videos published by palestinians.
