If your just experimenting I say run it! If your looking to build something more reliable you might want to have a machine shop look at it or buy a better condition short block? Keep up the good work man!

greg aiken Thank you for the view man it means alot! Yea i think ive talked myself out of using it lol. If it was one of my toys i would gladly run it since i dont drive them everyday and just let it burn the oil lol. But this one was for my daily so im not gonna keep it i like the reliability

With a good clean and light hone, I'd run it

dre83cpt Thats after a hone thats why im still on the fence about it. Ive seen worse ran before but even if this one did run good it would still drive my OCD up the wall lol
