Simon offered Perrie from Little Mix to go solo, which she denied. This is only one example of how certain labels are just bad.

Let's say it is way back the year they're still being formed as a group. In my opinion, their management should do it like kpop management does. Training the members first after they were selected for them to have a genuine bond and a chemistry atleast. They could've share their ideas and express their opinions towards each other. Not like what they did, it gave the girls a shock that they were suddenly put in a group they didn't even know for long. If they didn't split and disbanded, the could've been popular and change more people's lives and perspectives through their wonderful music and creativity. However, i am still happy for them right now. They're doing very well as an individual musicians.

they were formed on a singing competition show. how would they have time to train? lol. also they gained so many fans while on the show and their label didn’t want to delay their debut so they made sure it was quick. the only reason why the girls didn’t really get along sometimes is because they all initially auditioned as soloists. and let’s not pretend every kpop group out there are all good and have chemistry. there’s so many scandals and drama amongst kpop members. aoa and miss a being the most infamous ones.

They faced so many hardship in their own labels,they're all a soloist which was put in a group, they wanted to write songs and have ideas too but their management reject it, everything was handed to them they just expect them to record it, but a real artist didn't like that, they said many times they want to write their songs and have some idea but the labels was always against it,being a teenager and make them do music video which was so sexual, they were sexualise in a young age, being a popular girl group but their income is very little because all they do is performed,the girls used to be family but all of these things they faced change them, now all they are to each other is the reminder of the things they go through.

But all of them is meant to be solo from the start and yes 5H really help their carrer so if u say 5H suck then i don't think u gonna see them being this famous today expecially Camila. To be honest, they weren’t meant to be in a group. All five were meant to be solo artists. When you think about it, the most successful girl group in history enjoy each others company still and the creative process they had with each other.
