Same, it's so chill and kind of understated in execution, but musically it is absolutely mental, just next-level drumming and excellent compostition. And she has such a tasteful touch and style on the kit!

Mental Web has been a thinking machine.. for me it's not easy to believe one person in the first place could care about the artist and giving themselves credits at the same time..

I read the description and I hadn’t even noticed that the guitar part is just the same loop all throughout the song. It’s incredible how the rhythmic changes and the way you adapt your drumming to them (with a lot of taste!) completely drive the emotions of the song. Every meter feels different. Awesome showcasing of how technique can contribute to musicality instead of overplaying. Merci Camille pour cette expérience musicale, je suis impatient de découvrir tes nouvelles compositions à l’avenir !

You could reinvigorate Tesseract. And they're still pretty vigorous. But you know what, don't. Here on KZbin, you've been showing us your building blocks for years. Now the architect is starting to see her works come together. I honestly have not heard musical drumming like this from anyone else. You've blown my mind, and I'm a hardcore Matt Garstka fan.
@musicdev15 күн бұрын
I'm new here so I haven't seen the building blocks, but yeah. There's something insane about the combination of everything coming together here. It's nice to listen to (not just mindless polyrhythms), it's incredibly musical, and obviously Camille has incredible control over rhythm. This is incredible stuff

What is time? this is like a new perspective of reality taken from the most simple heart beat and expanded beyond what most people can even imagine. polyrhythm. I love this constant boundary pushing and exploration in music while the mainstream haven't gotten past the heart beat basics.

This is REALLY impressive. All aspects of it, the composition is fantastic, one of the hardest things in music is combining advanced writing with musicality and emotion. This does it beautifully. Then there is the drumming itself, which deserves all the praise in the world.

Oh my god.. Camille Bigeault and.. post-rock with progressive unfluence?! ?! HELL YEAH ! MOAR! These ostinato segments of post-rock is my favourite part of my favourite genre and style, when all going to spin and evolve over these ostinato segments.. it is such hypnotic vibe and atmosphere. And here all my fav combined together in multiple ways: post-rock basis, polyrhythmic structures, lovely and complex drums foundation, evolving into several parts. ahhh.. And I like this discription deep into long process of creating this composition. To be honest, It was maybe first time when I listened to original composition here, because I'm usually obsessive interested into all drums-cooking at this channel. SO it was so surprisingly pleasant even more! I love all of this.. from complex polymeter rhythms with post-rock vibes.. to overall emotional and charismatic playing as always. Aww, magnificent!
