Another Camino sleeping tip when staying in albergues: Choose a bed away from the door to the room. That way you are less likely to wake up in the middle of the night when other pilgrims take a bathroom break.

Would love to know if people take their cpap machines. Going in 2023 and didn't know if I should plan on taking mine.

Great question, Robin. Plenty of people do take portable CPAP machines on the Camino. Make sure you have a large capacity battery pack to help with recharging and plug in the CPAP whenever possible to get a full charge at least every other day. Please message me at sacredstepspodcast.com for more tips and help planning your Camino.

I am traveling the camino france in April. will it be cold at night in albuerges?

Nighttime temperatures in April can vary and be cool to many. I would still consider bringing a down camping blanket. I shared some suggestions on camping blankets in a different video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r37YiJ-NhcZnepY Buen Camino, JulieAnn!
