We left on 3 April and arrived In Santiago on 12 May 2016. We enjoyed your video. We saw the guy on the horse as well. We recognised Ken at Granon. Love from Melbourne

We started our walk on 7th April. The Pyrenees route was still closed so we took the Valcarlos route.

I imagine it was just a trick of the "panoramic" feature on the camera...but the waiter at 12:05 in the video seems to be missing half a face! Nonetheless, good video and enjoyed the perspective on the trip.

I'll be out in September - as I've done Leon-Santiago before, torn between doing that stretch again, or maybe St Jean to Burgos this year.

Hope you have a great Camino - are you hitting the Frances again, or going for one of the others?

rhunl Yes, we’ll walk the Frances again fron St Jean through Santiago and on to Muxia. This will be our third Frances. We walked the Francigena last year from Lausanne in Switzerland diwn to Rome but the infrastructure is very poor.
