Oh, and those "zooming past" missing out on the meditative journey that it is supposed to be. Sounds like you are confronting that characteristic we all have to battle of "having to keep up" what nonsense and then "being disappointed in self" - such a lie!! I think you found one of your Camino lessons right there.... celebrate your bravery, resillience, consistent effort, your observation skills, your independent spirit, soooo glad you have been gentler with yourself, woohoo!! Another camino lesson hm?

I love to walk slowly, observ everything I can. I stop so much in my Caminos, but this is how I enjoy it. And every 2 h I have a break for my feets, I put my shoes out and let my feet dry, after I put a lot of vaseline again. No blisters 😁

Hi, many thanks for a full and comprehensive "look" at the walk, very informative, I appreciate it. I was wondering when you began your journey? Was it in May just gone? It seems like it started off really cold and wet and then you're in searing heat?? Just a wondering. Brave souls!

We started on 13-May. Thank you for your comments. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed them. It was chilly when we started and have hit 2 heat waves since we’ve been out here. In the second one now. Whew!
