...the 'dark night' of the camino... tiredness, merciless sun, shadow-less boring landscapes... there's actually a significant number of pilgrims who give up, when they hit that inevitable stage... and you did get rewarded afterwards for your endurance... with Logrono's exuberant flair and vibrancy... a happy ending for this episode... the camino is like life, and is indeed our life, when we're on it... these ups and downs need to be weathered, and the ups taste even so much sweeter after a desperate drudge... you made it through, Olive... 💖

In Torres de Rio I have stayed in the same albergue, even in the same bed. But iI have had an injured foot, so I have to make a very short day after Los Arcos. But was a go9d recovery. And a fabulos dinner when the host played guitar for the pilgrims. By the way I am from Romania, too.

You don't need Google Maps on the Camino, walking from Town to Town there's plenty of signs and the path is very well defined.
