As I watch your blog, I noticed that we were on the same schedule doing the Camino. Yet, I only had the opportunity to chat with you once. At the time, I did not know you were blogging your families experience. Enjoying the blog which is very well done. So brings back memories of a wonderful experience on the Camino. I will be returning in two years for Camino 2-70. The 70 reflects my age in two years. Buen Camino!

Hey there Chris...please remind us where we chatted 😃, so many pilgrims along the way. It was such an experience we miss it so much and we are looking forward to taking on the challenge in the future again 👣 Buen Camino!

@@EverydayJourneysTV I met your family at Villarmentero de Campos on the way to Carrion de Los Condes. As so often happens on your Camino, your family stopped in Villalcazar de Sirga for a lunch break where we parted ways. I am an older pilgrim from Ohio and was intrigued by your blended family. Looking forward to a second Camino in two years when I turn 70.

Just revisiting your journey from Burgos to leon to remind me of my Camino this year. started walking on 23rd May with a friend who has joint problems so we only walked short days. I remember fondly that first cafe you stopped at opposit Mercadona, couldnt belive there was nothing else open befor that one. Thank you for documenting your journey.

We think that we have been really fortunate in our booking of places to stay and our favourites change depending on the stage of the Camino that we were at, however, Roncesvalles as a municipal was amazing (alberguederoncesvalles.com/) and for an albergue the one in Puerta de Najera was faultless (www.alberguedenajera.com). We are thinking of pulling together a small Zoom Q&A session (one for UK & one for US time) where anyone can asks us questions about the Camino and we will answer honestly....what do you think, good idea?
