Awesome! Glad to see you back with more videos. I'm very interested in how this camino compares for you to the one of last year. Seeing some of the same places just missing some of the same people. I went in 2017 and have been contemplating a return. I wonder sometimes if I am chasing a ghost. I know despite my best efforts there would be expectations based on last time. It was a hell of a reset on life though and I feel that need growing again.

Hey there! Great to hear from you again. I'm glad you enjoyed the latest video... You raise a really interesting point about revisiting the Camino and how it can be different each time, even visiting the same places. The dynamic of the people around you definitely shapes the experience. Resetting and reflecting on life is such a big part of the Camino, so I understand feeling that calling to go back. While it may not be the same, each journey has its own meaningful moments. I know what you mean with the Ghost... If you decide to return, embrace the experience with an open mind and heart. It's similar - but different. I just had to do another one.... Buen Camino!

I went back in 2022. Was there the same time. It did not disappoint. I did the Portuguese this year (2023) and am headed back to the Frances in 2024. It's like crack.

@@iluvturtles0229 😆 first time I’m reading Camino and Crack in the same sentence, but you’re on to something …. how does Portugues compare to Frances?

Hi I've done the Camino Frances three times did my last one from Feb to March 2023 and going back in April 2024 to do it again. Do you ever suffer from the Camino blues.??
@storiestellr Жыл бұрын
hi Phillip - there times? wow! Camino Blues - you mean, those times when you’re not on the Camino? I do, indeed… - although I wouldn’t dare do a winter Camino. I bet it’s a one of a kind experience.

I've done three Camino in winter as I come from a tropical place called Darwin ,Australia where it is 32c every day. I actually enjoyed every minute of it. I was very sad to complete the Camino. I finished the Camino on 20 March 2023. I still can't stop thinking about Camino.

How do you start film strangers and other pilgrims? There are many who do not want to be filmed and in some faces I imagine to see that they look unpleasant being filmed. Especially when it will go on KZbin for everybody to see. Do you just start filming? Do you ask for consent? Were there people who tell you not to film them?
