Hola.

Hi! Thank you for the informative video! I am flying from Chicago to Madrid for my first Camino next month. I will be doing the Primitivo as well! Last time I tried to fly with trekking poles in my carry-on, TSA wouldn't let me. Other times it was fine though. Just wondering what your experience was?

I’ve done 4 Caminos. Twice TSA took my walking poles. And the other times they didn’t. It easy go get poles in Spain. Either at a sports store like Decathlon (I believe they are $9 per pole at the store) or at the Albergue. At the Albergue there is usually a place where other pilgrims have left their poles behind for other people to use. How are you getting to Leon? Bus or train?

@walkyourowncamino thank you for those tips! I'll just get some in Spain then. Wouldn't want to risk getting them taken away. I am starting in Oviedo and planning on taking a bus from Madrid.

Javi, I’m Alejandro and Claudia, how would you dry up your clothes so that they are ready for next time?

I generally wash them as I shower. I hang the wet clothes next to my bed. By morning they are already dry
