I'm a gift knitter and yes, what you're feeling is very real. 😅 MFTK camis are notoriously tough but oh so worth it and yours turned out really lovely! My No. 9 was a strugggggle but my friend LOVES it.

Hi!! Why are you re-caking the knitting for Olive yarn? Isn't it already in a cake? I would definitely knit directly from that, just a thought so that you don't waste time...

Hello thank you for watching! I’ve had it tangle on me before when I directly knitted from the ball especially when I’m nearing the end and it starts collapsing on itself. I also like to pull directly from the middle because I primarily knit on transit and it’s the easiest when it’s in cake form. It takes me no time at all to cake it up so it’s a really small investment to make to ensure that it’s smooth later!

Those are great tops. I hate strapless bras, myself, so I probably wouldn't knit one for myself. Makes me a little sad.

I totally understand and agree! Wish it was easier to pair with regular undergarments. I’ll look for patterns that are easier to wear! ☺️
