I think it clashes with the rear louvers - all those horizontal lines. Props for going for it, I'd have a hard time drilling anywhere on the body.

Nate also knows, when trying to build popularity on youtube and on other social platforms, you sometimes have to say and do things against popular belief to get the needed extra attention. This was a WILD mod that's going to get him hate, but it will also attract more views, making him more money and giving Nate the ability to reach more viewers. It's starting conversations and getting people to comment which just makes his videos even more popular. I think this mod was brilliant from a marketing standpoint.

I'm going to be honest, at first I thought it was a terrible idea... Even after seeing it the first time I still didn't really like it. But I think it's starting to grow on me, it gives it that different look from all other mustangs, gives it that extra bit of aggression. Nice job on taking the path less travelled. Hey! I'm totally digging the wing. I always love big wings. Carbon fiber set it off real good. I had forgot a company that makes carbon fiber hoods and boot lids for S197s. I would check that out if you get a chance. But a body kit should be next for Sally.

Nate if you do decide to get another decklid just keep the old one then you can swap the whole thing for the wing if you feel like it. That wing looks like a pretty good quality part you picked out anyway, even though it isn't what I would do, doesn't matter just depends what you like.

You’re gonna create a high angle of attack with the wing. Fortunately I don’t think you’ll have drag issues since the ram air of your top lubbers are gonna create a steady flow for your wing. What would be cool is if you could make it a moving surface like an elevator/rudder on an airplane. Would probably push the back of your car downward and keep it sturdy.

Personally not a fan of the big wings but I agree with Chris Roque, a wide body kit will even up the tallness of the rear end and complement Sally nicely. My Stella 05 is getting a Cervini's Stalker rear end. The complete opposite look of Sally right now. Anyways, good job and thank you for the video.

I have a 2006 mustang, it’s vista blue I’m thinking about installing a chrome or a silver wing , my wheels are just like his . I figured I should put a chrome or a silver wing on it to throw off the black .. I want to mix it up a bit .. Besides, I replaced my factory taillights and installed Crystal Clear Chrome taillights so a chrome or a silver wing would a nice balance..
