I camped at home with my son in my garden, which I show for the first time.
I’m an amateur for camping so appreciate your feedback on what camping gear I should grab.
Be careful for the heat of the camp oven.
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
-soy sauce: two table spoons
-miso paste, Japanese sake, roasted white sesame, sugar, jam*, sesame oil: one table spoon, each
*any jam is OK, eg strawberry, marmalade, apricot etc. Can be substituted with honey.
-chopped green onion: two table spoons
-ground ginger and garlic: 1/2 loaf, each
PROCEDURE
1. Mix all the ingredients
2. For dip sauce, cover lightly with Salan wrap and microwave one min.
*add chili pepper depending on your preference
HOW TO USE
-to marinate meat, or to dip grilled meat
-to flavor stewed or fried dishes
-sauce for steaks and hamburger
-put on the grilled fish and grill it for another min
