We absolutely loved Camp Fimfo! What made it over the top awesome was hanging out at the huddle. We could really see doing a seasonal spot there. Awesome video y’all! 👍🏻❤️

Camp Fimfo was wonderful! Definitely need a way to get around, but, that made for a very quiet site. The attractions are going to be great when they are completed and they have full staff. The best part though was the Switch Crew! So glad we were able to make it to this huddle.

Nice place. #4 drawback is when there are concerts at the Whitewater Amphitheater traffic is terrible to get in and out of the park! Especially when Willie Nelson plays there! New Braunfels has so much to do! Austin and San Antonio are both 40 minutes away. Make sure you stop at the largest Buc-ees when you leave. Beaver Nuggets and Jerky for the road. I live in the area and glad you had a great stay. Safe travels!

It is a great little spot. My son and his family are planing on renting the 12 person cabin with another couple and spending a weekend. The grandkids loved it.

Been there. It’s a nice place to stay. To me it’s still kind of pricey considering it’s not finished. But it was fun. Wish there were umbrellas available at the pool. Can rent a cabana but not my style. Just some shade. But it is beautiful there. Golf carts are limited so yes, bring a bike. But can drive to the pool. Some sites have sewer connection higher than RV sewer drains. Overall we liked it though. We will return.

So many questions. What site # did you stay at? What do the actual campsites look like. How close are they? Can you actually have a campfire away from your awning? Are you staring at your neighbors sewer connection while sitting at the picnic table?

We were in site 275 - there is a good amount of space in between each site, full concrete pad, campfire was not under my awning and probably had 15 feet between my rig and my neighbors sewer hose :-)

We stayed two weeks before the huddle. We haven’t traveled much in our 399thr so the pads being unlevel challenged me but we figured it out. Had a blast. Hope y’all do it again next year so we can join ya.

Definitely need levelers, bikes, and money. It is pricey. But they do have exceptional internet, and cable tv. We had so much fun with the huddle crew we are planning on going to the Colorado one. There is a lot to see and do in the area. And Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Blanco are close. Canyon Lake is a hot ticket destination in Texas during summer. Enjoy your stay. You’ll need a couple of weeks to do all the things.
