Michael, it’s great that you are so skillful. Great job on the drawer. You remind me of my friend in the USNavy who taught me to teach and lead by good example. Thank you.

Honestly, you should have your own television show. You're a natural in front of the camera and you have a great and clear way of explaining things.

Hey, I really appreciate that. I’d probably pass out in front of a camera crew though!

We just finished Richard Tharrett’s video. What a nice young man and what a fantastic job he did on his video and his camper. He has such presence, composure, and confidence. Chris and I loved the way he ended his video… turning on the light in the camper leading out to the sunlight outside ☀️ Michael, you two made a great team. Richard picked the right person to interview! ~ Maria (I left my comment here bc he has them turned off. I hope he stops back to find our compliments 😊)

He did a great job for sure! I was delighted to hear of his project, and honored to help a talented young guy such as him.

Putting the finish coats on mine tonight, now to watch the fine touch add-ons! Always enjoys the videos. Went to Edgar Evins for our Thanksgiving camping, great place!!

Glad you liked Edgar Evins. It’s a pretty good place for a teardrop.

Great video Mike. Glad to see you again. Any good idea, is a good idea. 👍🏼. I have a little extra room in my galley and your video inspired me to get to work on it… “I’ll add more storage” Fancy tools btw. Hopefully I can get it done before next weekend. Pinnacles National parking south of Hollister… I just finished watching the linked video… nice cameo Mike… and my advice to anyone thinking about building a teardrop is “ just build it”

Glad that you're keeping everyone up to date with all the projects for the camper! Very helpful for the people that never stop improving their setups. Gives us new ideas haha.

I don’t have a tear drop, but love your videos. Also noticed some cool stuff in the background. Some black and decker vpx tools, haven’t seen those in ages. Thought I was the only one who still had them. Also saw the disc golf bag, do you play?
@CampandCamera2 жыл бұрын
Those VPX just keep going! I wish they still made them. I play a bit of disc golf, but won’t be winning any tournaments any time soon.

I really need some more wood working skills and tools need to add a drawer so i can install a fridge into my teardrop.

Chris and I really enjoyed watching you make this utensil drawer … how wonderful it will be! I’ll think about where I can creatively make a place for one in ours. It may have to be something that rests on our countertop … A drawer is great because it keeps everything clean. I loved hearing Joann’s excitement over the drawer. I’d feel the same way! I would also love to clap my hands in the kitchen, basement and attic of my house. It’d be great to make some clutter disappear LoL Take care you two! ~ Maria. Ps. The opening video of snowy Tennessee was beautiful.
@CampandCamera2 жыл бұрын
It’s great to hear from you Maria. I too wish I could clap my way to a clean shop, or even better a freshly mowed lawn! Lol! I think this drawer is gonna be so handy.
@andiwinter182 жыл бұрын
That’s amazing! This is really helpful. I’ve been wanting to try to build a nesting pull out system of slide out drawers for the back of my Subaru since my camper is so small. I don’t have a lot of wood working skills so this is very helpful to see the drawer process. That battery adapter tip!!! 😱👏🏻 Hope you got out of trouble with Joann!
@CampandCamera2 жыл бұрын
Using these particular drawer slides, the only critical dimension was to make the body of the shelf 1” smaller in width than the space it’s going in. The height and depth weren’t very critical. I believe you’ll find it way easier to make some drawers for your Soob than you might expect. Oh, I’ll never get out of trouble! Lol!!
