Lol what? Selfless? You say this like she chose to suffer system-wide pain that went untreated for the majority of her life. I'm sure if given the choice, she would much rather live without debilitating mast cell hyperactivity & her mother would, too.

@@beanmeupscotty Many people believe souls have choices in what they will choose to experience in a lifetime. Some suffering may have positive karmic benefits. Paying off old karma (bad and good) is progress for a soul, making selfish choices will create new karma and this will need to be paid back, in a future life if not in this one. As soon as we accept how the karmic and reincarnation system works suffering becomes a little bit more understandable.

I later looked up what mcas was & i had ever single symptom. I'd been like this since i was 10, with things only getting worst the last 4 years. I went to my doctor who did labs & they're it was. Fasting, a low carb diet and probiotics together can actually cure allergies and also help a great deal with MCA syndrome. The many benefits of occasional extended fasting and lowering dietary carbs: Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps with autoimmune disease, cancers and cytokine storm. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion growths pathogens and plaques by macrophages and other immune cells. This will remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Fasting and low carb help with POTS, which is driven by high insulin and blood sugar. Clotting and fibrin are inhibited, stopping any 'unusual' clots. Fasting quickly lowers blood pressure levels. Clots and plaques are removed over time due to accelerated phagocytosis. When insulin is high, vit D stays locked in the blood cells but fasting quickly lowers it. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting restores NAD+ and increases nitric oxide release to open blood vessels. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, reducing inflammation and allowing the immune bodies to move freely through the body. T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections. With age, the thymus stops making as many of them but fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself! Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasting activates autophagy (literally self eating), which causes cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility for some women. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitochondrial DNA. Good mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Over time fasting normalizes stomach acid levels and during the fast acid levels go down to allow for the healing of ulcers. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil Your brain prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal measure to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Fasting increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood. This stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, which can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors that excrete insulin or certain rare forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all or only with doctor supervision. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis and done under doctor supervision. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast with a low carb meal. That poor girl; so sad to hear about Dr Peers' daughter but it's great that eventually there was a reliable diagnosis and treatment. I have found that very often patients know very well what is wrong with them and many patients are able to reliably diagnose themselves. It's also worrying how many common conditions there are that most GPs are totally unaware of. How often does someone get the wrong treatment due to a lack of knowledge on the Doctor's part about general anatomy & physiology. I'm a big fan of 'grassroots' medicine; getting back to basics when it comes to the body; understanding biochemistry, nutrition, homeostasis and following the logical mechanisms of action when it comes to chemical & biological pathways. Basic chemistry, basic biology; extrapolating the principles to rule out the most common problems first. I think so many GPs (and other Doctors in all fairness) are simply too eager to prescribe pills (often long term courses without due consideration of side-effects) without really understanding the problem, really finding out what the likely cause is, and trying to cure or manage the problem via safe, natural and inexpensive instead of just using pills to reduce symptoms!

Dr. Campbell; Lobby to create an organization that is given the same global recognition as the WHO. Consider teaming up with a group of like-minded health professionals from around the world and forming an alternative world health organization. Then lobby to have the organization given the same global recognition as the WHO. Ideally, there should be a minimum of ten independent globally recognized health organizations. Each organization should have ten independent sub organizations. Each sub organization ten independent sub sub organizations. And so on until every qualified health professional has the ability to be a member of one organization/sub organization and vote on policies pertaining to health care. All election rules apply. (Regular elections, Term limits. No rigging, No commissions for brands of medication dispensed, etc.) By having multiple globally recognized health organizations, and, further, all decision making put to the vote, it will not be financially practical for the Pharmaceutical Industry to successfully bribe all health organization officials with policies that negatively affect the global community.

This may be required/optimal as to inspire the body to create effective strong acid and diminish amounts of excess fluid( reflux) of weakened diluted acid. This strong effective acid enables great breakdown of protein and can eliminate problems from beat up, misfolded proteins inspiring autoimmune problems and leaky gut. This is MIRACULOUS!!! This is the ultimate elimination diet. During the reintroduction of other foods, careful observation can determine/design the ultimate individualized diet for amazing health for each person. Yes my inflammation markers went down to within normal range when I went vegan. Putting aside ethical reasons for not eating meat, there are dietary reasons relevant to this discussion for not restricting a diet to just meat. It has no vitamin c which is a natural antioxidant and anti inflammatory and meat also has no fibre causing that putrefying matter to stay in your system longer. That’s why carnivores evolved to have relatively short digestive systems. I can’t imagine that purely eating meat would be a long term solution. By minimising high salicylate foods and eating in balance seems the best option gaining the many benefits of plants that are essential to humans. To each their own I guess.

To me this conversation begs the question as to why the immune systems of 20% of the population is overreacting. Makes me think of the current conversation about vaccines and what we don’t know about how they affect our systems. Would be very interesting to find out the percentage of people with this condition in an unvaccinated population.
@TruthSeeker4104 ай бұрын
25% of the population has the HLA gene that makes them more susceptible to Biotoxins. Think mold and Lyme. Both of which are highly linked to MCAS, eczema, autoimmune and more. Throw vaccines in there and you have a haywire immune system.

Peach/Birch allergy can cause MCAS. This is totally inherited type, and might be more common than anyone thinks. My son has it, and the reaction is terrifying, because his skin hives up before your eyes, and it is red and painful looking...he says it feels like stingy sunburn. Bee sting allergies also in our family. Stuffy nose is inflammation from a sensitive reaction.... so, for example, it could be pollen, or something you are eating. I found out I have a lettuce allergy, and no longer eat lettuce or any other leafy greens either, and I don't need allergy medicine anymore, even for spring. No sinus problems, don't get sore throat, no itchy eczema skin rash, no painful stomach.

Oh, and the vaccinated population has been contaminated from the shedding of germs from the vaccinated, so it's hard to say if there could be any unvaccinated left. Your doctors can't do anything, the only way to repair the immune system (the cause of CFS which is really post viral syndrome) is to do some extended fasting. 72 to 96h fasts on a regular basis will help a great deal over time. Fasting reduces cortisol over time and improves your circadian rhythm. Fibrosis aka scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart, lungs and clots. The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Chiropractors are more open-minded about new medical science and research; you should not blatantly dismiss all new medical discoveries, even if they mean that you have been wrong, especially then.
@carolyndoughty41385 ай бұрын
But a few chiropracters are sociopaths who enjoy breaking a back now and then. Check them out carefully , then check some more. It will be your only protection from them.

I really admire Dr. Piers. But I do wish that she would acknowledge the work of Dr Sara Myhill she is literally using her words. Anybody interested should look up Dr Myhill on KZbin and she has written extensive books covering this subject in detail. PK Diet Iodine fermenting gut ME chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia thyroid issues

I had welts, inexplicably, under the belt, at one point in my life, I think that’s what it was, but back in 2010 my doctor couldn’t give me any reason, but I’m ok now. Thankyou so much!!

What a lovely, lovely lady. So easy to understand and I reckon she has just given me a new lease on life. If I lived in UK I would be making an appointment first thing in the morning! Maybe I need to get my passports sorted out!! First time ever after listening to you Dr Campbell I was wishing you would not interrupt!

I was told I don't have mcas as I don't have anaphylactic reactions and that I have urticaria (csu) but my symptoms don't fit with csu and fit with everything dr peers has been describing and just getting worse in every body system 😢 I was just put on cetirizine and left to it. Thank you so much for this video, it's been so informative and I will go back to my dr

About 4 or 5 years ago I started reducing my grains and increasing my ( eat the rainbow) salads and usually a big green smoothie every day to improve my health. Started getting gut issues and my skin started getting really bad. Diagnosed with exzema and doctors didn’t help at all. Both arms and legs were raw and weeping for over a year. My life was miserable. I had been watching the carnivore doctors for a couple years and decided to give it a try? After cutting all plants from my diet in less than a month my skin completely healed and my gut issues resolved. That was a year ago and haven’t had problems since. So much for plant super foods! Red meat 🥩 has everything you need and nothing you don’t need. Meat heals because it is the proper human diet and has the least amount of chemicals and toxins.

Lots of plants are toxic in their own right, plus they’re sprayed with multiple poisons…
@thirstonhowellthebird5 ай бұрын
Exactly! This is why they are trying to get the world to stop eating meat. It has nothing to do with climate change. They want people sick so they can die early so that they don’t have to pay Social Security and sick people are easier to control. They want you to work until you’re too old and then they want you to just go away and just die, forget about retirement.

Do you have to take any vitamins along with an all red meat diet ?

I take D3 and K2 and a drop of Iodine,also use Redmonds real salt as it is mined from an ancient sea bed and is unprocessed. I still drink coffee with a heaping tablespoon of Ghee? Going to try dropping the coffee one day but so far still hooked 😝 5-6 thousand iuD3 and 200 mg K2.
