Tbh I like the setup, and if I were to make my own, I would probably put the sink at the end of the bed where the double doors are. I would also put the heat up stove right next to the sink with a window that you can open for letting out smoke when cooking either a push out or a sliding window (IF Possible)

It's always a tricky balance to get the duration of a timelapse right; for me this went too fast with the information points not being on the screen long enough to absorb along with what was actually happening in the video. I used the playback speed feature to slow it down to 0.5x/0.75x which helped. The amount of wiring in the van is actually scary lol. Really great information in the video though - thank you so much for making it.

No one ever answered this for me but there was a lady and her child who died in their car when the battery in their vehicle which was located under one of the seats malfunctioned. It gave off odorless fumes and they sadly died from it. What is to prevent this with the batteries located inside these sprinters?

The batteries we used are Battle Born LiFePO4s which have built in BMS which will shutoff current in the event of a short circuit. Battle Born LiFePO4s also do not off-gas and do not require ventilation. Lead acid batteries on the other hand must be vented to the outside of the van for safety. As an extra safety precaution we have a smoke / carbon monoxide detector to notify us in case fumes from any source could enter the van. Thanks for watching.

I love the format of the video. The camera angles are great, you show exactly what needs to be done, and the music is soothing. This would be a really pleasant video to watch if not for that infuriating popping sound every time one of those facts comes on the screen. That made me mute the video got so annoying.

There are about 20-25 certs, rules, norms and modifications your vehicle needs to have correct/follow/installed in order to classify as a camper. It's pretty much universal, I don't know about U.S or Americas, but it's the same all across Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.

Thanks! I supported an 8020 piece to each ceiling rib. I also attached an 8020 piece to the wall securing it in about 5 or 6 points. I did not see the need to attach to the wood supports.

The music is really bad, sorry. But i just cant go without seeing the toilet in the bathroom... for me personally, taking a dump outside in the nature is the best f*king thing ever ! And i will never build a toilet in my van EVER! 0 smell, 0 problems of cleaning, and very ecological. But a bathroom to shower after riding my bike or from other activies is welcomed! P.s: you are one great guy who pulled this build on his own! It would take me 365 days to do it, when i saw those wires and everything... crazy, so bravo from slovenia 🙏
