Potentially stupid question from an American: The type of bacon you used seems to be somewhat different from what we have in America...it looked more like what we'd call "Canadian bacon", which tends to be more lean...like a salty ham. Is that what you used for this?

Gday mate, Potentially a stupid answer from an Australian 😉 yeah this is more of a leaner bacon compared to what you’re used to I’d say, but once fried off and drained on a paper towel it’d all taste the same. Thanks for the question, all the best🍻
