Definitely a beautiful trip. Daisy enjoyed it too. I just love those drone shots. Gosh the land you can see for miles. I can’t get over that small town with the dredge machine. Just can’t imagine mining for gold and living a tough life out there on the land. Those folks should be rich but that town didn’t look like it. Well thanks for another wonderful video I get to see through you all what it’s like in Oregon.

Those prospectors and generations before may have caused damage but there damage also made all of our access to some of these remote areas possible. Some damage may be worth a large gain. Technology has improved and now it is far less invasive.

Stopped by, glad to see your Golden Retriever. Love the doggies. I need to get back up to Oregon (Dad's family homesteaded in the late 1850s; wheat farmers). So I appreciate the history. The hospital in Baker was started by four nuns to take care of the miners. My great aunt was one of the four. Feels like home when roaming those back roads!
