Thank you Petra. We were there in February and the trail to the upper falls was closed. We did hike to the lower falls and we made a video of that trip .... there was lots more water coming over the falls in that video :-)

Another great video!! DeSoto Falls (both Upper and Lower) are just a few of the waterfalls in northern Georgia that I want to visit. Hoping to get there in the springtime (2019). Thanks for sharing!

With the Senior Parks Pass it's only $6 a night to camp there so let us know if you're going to make it :-) We were there in the spring and there was much more water coming over the falls ...... kzbin.info/www/bejne/ioHJeXeCr8uCfLc The Upper Falls trail was closed then due to Hurricane Irma damage.
