Hi Alex . . Thank you for posting your trip to Lake Perris . What I found interesting the most was how prep you were,how you didn't get phased by the camping intruder and I love that you enjoy being outdoors. I live near the lake on the East end of Moreno Valley which is actually called Rancho Belago. Anyhow I often go there and Lake Hemet. I am Retired Army and being outdoors is mentally refreshing for me. SergeantC

I’ve thought about camping here but thankfully I saw your video. They need to get their act together and clean that place up of “unwanted campers”

I just found your channel. Good so far and yeah, I wouldn’t camp at Perris. The sites are so far from the lake also. You are quite the cook also. This video just ended as I’m typing this. I have time to watch a couple more this evening so you may see some more comments from me. 😊

It's disappointing to have that experience when going camping. The further away from the city, the better. Most people won't drive far for a weekend camping trip, and the ones who do are the ones who respect other campers. the peacefulness and the property. But I'm sure you already know this. After seeing that drive in the evening and all the lights and loud music, I would have packed up and left. Bless you for sticking it out and staying. Do you have your go to spots? Have you done a "Top 5" list? That would be interesting. Thank you for another informative video. There are so many sites that I would have never considered and want to experience.
@xplorewithalex97525 ай бұрын
Hi there.. .it is disappointing. That is so true ... further away from the city is so much better even, campgrounds that are smaller and dont offer much amenities are much better. I will definitely consider doing a top 5 on the best spots around. I didn't pack up and leave because I still wanted to give a review, but this is my time too, and didn't feel I relaxed much on this trip. Thank you so very much for your support 🙏 ❤️

You got me thinking jajaja I was planing to go the for the 4th of july camping! Just cause yucaipa its all booked already! Sooo now i dont know if perris is a good option or not, i've been ther a few times but just for the day at the lake, not camping
@xplorewithalex97525 ай бұрын
Hi I don't want to discourage anyone from camping there just be alert if you see anything strange let the Rangers know. Fourth of July it will be packed and the Rangers will be doing more patrols during the night. If it's the roaches we'll they do need to spray something 😄

Try Yucaipa regional park back in the 60s my grandma stayed at fisherman's retreat
@xplorewithalex97525 ай бұрын
Used to work there as one of the staff at Yucaipa. Used to catch tweekers sleeping in the bathrooms leaving needles around. Nice park but the homeless camp next door is bad.

How fun! Your trailer looks so awesome what would you mind kindly sharing the info? I’ve been searching for something this cute and compact. Is there any other lake sites you recommend? 😊 thank you! Please stay safe out there get yourself a whistle and some bear spray in case God forbid you come upon intruders 🙏😊

Hi there... Thank you so much! If you're looking to buy a little trailer like this, keep your eyes peeled on on market Facebook. I looked for months and finally found one. They are very comfortable and easy to pull with a small vehicle. Thank you for watching. 🙏😊

I camped there last year on a last minute whim. I had high hopes buut found the camppground super ghetto. It was so strange and it felt like anyone can campp anywhere I should have moved sites buut stuck through it. The lake part itslef was nto too bad but the camppground could use some work. I'd ercommend peopple kep an really close eye on their stuff at this camppground. 😢

Man that's nasty make sure no roaches got in your triler . I haven't been there in like 15 years. It sure sounds like I'm not missing much sounds like it's overrun with trashy people and roaches 😢. I think silverwood lake is getting the same now.

Hi...yeah. lots of people coming in at late hours to just camp. Then they leave early morning before the Rangers do their rounds.

Speaking of roaches, my girlfriend has moved to her brand new place a week or so ago and a couple nights ago at midnight she called my up crying like a baby and when I asked her what’s up? She goes “ there is a huge roach inside my bathroom under sink cabinet and when I opened the cabinet it jumped out” … long story short she manages to ALMOST kill it, so, I had to drive to her place and kill it off, then she had me disinfect the whole under sink cabinet and the path that the roach had ran from the bathroom to the kitchen. By the time I finished it and made sure there is no more roaches in the bathroom or in her bedroom It was 1 am and I came back to my home. Fast forward this morning a pest control guy showed up ( of course I was there in the morning) and sprayed both inside and outside the house and I went to work. It’s 9pm right now and she has not called me yet which is a good sign 😊.BTW, thanks for the video I just crossed it off my to go places😊.

Hi there... you made me laugh 😂. At least I am not the only one who can't stand seeing a roach. I think it started when I was 8 years old. My parents went out to dinner and left me at the babysitters house. We lived in Miami, Florida, and it's humid there. To make story short... I wanted to fall asleep but couldn't because the Roaches would be crawling up and down the walls at night, and since that day, they grossed me out. When my parents got there to pick me up, they thought I be asleep, but no, I ran out as soon as I could.😂 so I know how your girlfriend feels..😂😂 Thank you for the story it made my day.😊
