Cool video. We have a solo stove because my wife has asthma and they work great but they give off VERY little heat. Gotta be a better alternative for snow camping. Never mind. I see now that you’re not using it as smokeless. 😂 You’re loading that sucker up like a burn barrel. Enjoy!❤

I do love the solo stove for that reason! I tend to stack it high though as you can see haha. It doesn't smoke too bad even when above the brim though. Need that heat deflector shield though! Cheers.

Thanks man! I have a video of how I am running the heater on the channel so you can see it closer. I only run Lavaner heaters. Slightly better quality and waterproof electronics. This is the “alpine” model. Ran the pro before. Both are fantastic but the alpine auto adjusts and is “dummy” proof on setting up.

I'm wondering since I see the kind of high-altitude car-tracking footage seen in the first minute of this video a lot in solo camping and travel videos, how do you do it? Is it AI motion tracking software in a drone? I can't imagine any other way to capture this kind of footage besides having a second person operating a drone camera or the person driving the car with one hand and piloting the drone with the other 😅

These shots I was doing it all myself. The drone can track really well and follow but it’s often not the angle or speed I’m looking for. You get really good at steering the drone and the vehicle after a certain point.
